Mô tả công việc

· Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu làm bánh mì.

To prepare ingredients to make bread.

· Làm đúng, đủ số lượng bánh theo yêu cầu của tổ.

To make exact and sufficient amount of bread as required.

· Làm bánh theo thẻ công thức.

To make bread according to recipe cards.

· Bảo quản các loại bánh theo đúng quy định.

To preserve all types of bread as prescribed.

· Đảm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm.

To ensure food hygiene safety.

Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Tổng Quản lý và Bếp Trưởng.

Yêu cầu công việc

· Bằng cấp hoặc chứng chỉ về nghề bếp.

Diploma or degree of Kitchen Profession.

· Có kinh nghiệm trong các khách sạn, nhà hàng.

Experience in hotels, restaurants.

· Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm áp dụng tiêu chuẩn Hệ thống quản lý an toàn thực phẩm (HACCP)

Knowledge and experience in applying HACCP standards.
