Mô tả công việc

• Represent the Pullman brand through exemplary attitude, appearance, and communication.
• Warmly welcome and assist guests from arrival to departure, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Promote hotel services and offers, contributing to department sales targets.
• Be visible and approachable in the lobby, establishing personalized relationships to enhance guest loyalty.
• Anticipate and address guest needs, provide information, handle requests, objections, and complaints promptly.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and related services.
• Collect and update guest information to improve future visits.
• Handle incoming calls and coordinate communication with other hotel departments.
• Ensure guest documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Additional languages and basic local language knowledge are an advantage
• Computer literacy, especially in MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
