Mô tả công việc

  • Responsible for the PABX Switchboard hotel telephone system.
  • Handles all in-house guest calls and all enquires.
  • Handles incoming and outgoing calls and all enquire.
  • Ensures that all guest’s wake up calls are promptly received, noted and made without any mistakes.
  • Handles guest messages over the telephone accurately and efficiently.
  • Provides general information on hotel facilities and outlets to the callers.
  • Gains knowledge of medical and fire prevention, updates on the latest emergency procedures by the management.
  • Liaises with the Security Department to ensure the smoothness operation.
  • Ensures that all information and telephone conservation are handled confidentially.
  • Regulates the music channels for internal hotel usage.
  • Performs other assignments as per the FOM / the management instructions.

  • Good English communicate (Japanese speaking and other language is an advantage).
