- Responsible for the PABX Switchboard hotel telephone system.
- Handles all in-house guest calls and all enquires.
- Handles incoming and outgoing calls and all enquire.
- Ensures that all guest’s wake up calls are promptly received, noted and made without any mistakes.
- Handles guest messages over the telephone accurately and efficiently.
- Provides general information on hotel facilities and outlets to the callers.
- Gains knowledge of medical and fire prevention, updates on the latest emergency procedures by the management.
- Liaises with the Security Department to ensure the smoothness operation.
- Ensures that all information and telephone conservation are handled confidentially.
- Regulates the music channels for internal hotel usage.
- Performs other assignments as per the FOM / the management instructions.
