• Welcome guests to the bar and create a warm, engaging, and professional experience.
• Escort guests to their seats, take orders, and serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards and procedures.
• Present menus and beverage lists, respond to guest inquiries, and provide recommendations on food, beverages, pairings, and alternatives.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of all operating equipment, beverages, and guest supplies.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables and bar counters promptly and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and verify the authenticity of cash received.
• Ensure all credit cards presented by guests are valid and accepted in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and beverages, with the ability to recommend suitable food and beverage pairings.
• Ensure Hyatt brand standards and operating procedures are consistently implemented and maintained.
• Uphold Hyatt’s Food & Beverage concepts, service style, and brand standards at all times.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and colleagues through professional and attentive service.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in food and beverage service within restaurants, cafés, bars, or similar establishments.
• Enjoys the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a bar operation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional approach towards guests and colleagues.
• Good English communication skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude.
• High level of responsibility and commitment to work.
