Mô tả công việc

• Luggage & Operations: Oversee guest luggage receipt, delivery, and storage, ensuring prompt handling for VIPs, ALL members, and groups.
• Team Supervision & Training: Conduct daily briefings, manage staff rostering, enforce grooming standards, and train Bellboys, Drivers, and Airport Representatives.
• Lobby & Driveway Management: Supervise driveway traffic during peak hours, inspect buggy equipment, and ensure lobby cleanliness.
• Safety & Guest Service: Greet guests personally, maintain updated hotel service knowledge, and alert security or management to suspicious activities

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management.
• Experience: No experience required (on-the-job training will be provided).
• Language Skills: Good reading and spoken English proficiency; knowledge of local or additional foreign languages is a plus.
• Key Competencies: Excellent communication skills, service-oriented mindset with attention to detail, professional grooming, and strong team collaboration.
