This position incumbent is responsible for the preparation of high quality meals in accordance with standard, menu specifications and production schedule, responsible overseeing kitchen helpers in the all area preparation, requited food safety, hygiene and quality standard.

Good management kitchen operation

Leader kitchen team ability when executive way

Good communicate and development, training plan team

Check food quality buffet and Ala carte meet standard

Food safety hygiene and HACCP knowledge

Experience Western, Asian, cuisine, create menu and platting

Planning food ordering and preparation

Understood food allergy

Food cost controller

Yêu cầu công việc

- 2 years of relevant experiences.
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary Skills or related field.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Good management skills.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and MC
- Fluent English.
