• Understanding of resort facilities & services

 

• Understanding of Accor corporate guideline

 

• Understanding of Accor photography guideline

 

• Understanding of resort budget and actual financial performance

 

• Collect media clip from both online and offline media on a monthly basis and file centrally.

 

• Monitor the usage of logo throughout the resort. 

 

• Work with Graphic artist to design artwork required for advertisements.

 

• Design EDM

 

• Maintain resort database

 

• Maintain resort official photo in both high & low resolution

 

 

• Ensure Accor digital audit are carried out on a monthly basis.

 

• Control stock for available sales collateral

 

• Participation in the social gathering at resort or outside when applicable

 

• Understanding of Material Control (when applicable)

 

• Any other duties assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing and resort  management

 

• Upkeep and comply all resort policies and procedures.
• Comply with all local government regulations.
• Maintain pleasant image at all times, friendly and neat.
• Has a high standard of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards colleagues, guests, suppliers and other clients.
• Maintain professional confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain a good working relationship with various departments with a high level of communication and co-operation in the interests of customer service and improvements in the working conditions of the hotel and department.
• Ensure and practice a high standard of safety to safeguard the wellbeing of hotel guests, colleagues, stakeholders and physical property.
• Ensure that maintenance/repair works are done in accordance to requirements and hotel’s standards.
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by General Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing

• Quản lý hình ảnh và nhận diện thương hiệu.
• Lên ý tưởng và triển khai các chương trình quảng bá.
• Quản lý Digital Marketing và quảng cáo online.
• Theo dõi thị trường, khách hàng và đối thủ cạnh tranh.
• Phối hợp với Sales, Revenue, F&B, FO và các bộ phận khác.
• Làm việc với KOL/KOC, media, agency và đối tác.
• Tổ chức các hoạt động PR, event, media visit.
• Theo dõi và phân tích hiệu quả các chiến dịch.
• Lập báo cáo Marketing và đề xuất cải thiện.
• Quản lý ngân sách Marketing.
• Quản lý và phân công công việc cho team Marketing.
• Đảm bảo nội dung đúng brand guideline.
• Tiếng Anh tốt, đặc biệt trong môi trường khách sạn/resort quốc tế.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, sáng tạo, planning và quản lý dự án.
• Biết Canva/Adobe/CapCut là lợi thế.
• Có kinh nghiệm hospitality/resort là lợi thế.
