Mô tả công việc

An internship opportunity (summer or part-time) for high-potential individuals who are currently pursuing an IT or Computer Science degree. This is a unique opportunity to spend time working in our professional environment.

- Working with a designated mentor or IT team

- General business consumer system troubleshooting and assistance

- Installing, maintaining and deploying computers in a Microsoft Windows environment

- Providing application software installations and upgrades

- Completing service desk support requests and following up with business consumers’ to meet service objectives

- Provide professional, reliable, and prompt customer service at all times

- Perform other duties as assigned

Pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, or other related field

Existing knowledge of core applications such as MS Office, Windows 7, Windows 10, basic network configuration.

Good communication skill and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Interest in computers and information technology

Motivated self-starter and able to take guided direction
