Mô tả công việc

1. Trade Management:

- Goods & equipment purchase

- Be in charge business strategy & plan and put it into action

- Category of strategy, layout & display: have a strong track record of success marketing on diversified categories and merchandising

- Track and control the revenue, margin and P&L of all department of supermarket

- Build and operate the delivery system.

2. Asset & Facilities management:

- Be in charge of set up and maintain the asset & facilities always be in good condition: air-conditional, firefighting, water supply, drainage system, IT computerized system, supermarket sales system. Have knowledge of SAP, MC or the other is preferred.

- Supervise and manage the security system including the outsourcing

- Operate and monitor the overall storage system in stock, manage and keep the balance of shrinkage.

3. Manpower management:

- Build the recruitment plan for mart operation

- Process the training program for staff after grand-opening

- Build and maintain the relationships with vendors as well as product development and research for private brand.

4. Quality Control management (including Food Hygiene and Safety management):

- Build and do the QC training for all staff

- Manage the staff in complying with the QC Standard.

5. Other:

- Establish Department's procedures & policies and strictly comply with

- Communicate effectively to other team and field organization

- Customer Service, Marketing & Communication (Marcom) management

- Performs any other related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree preferred in retail or food related major

- 5-10 year experience as an Operation manager of Super market, mart, convenience store chain

- Decision making, excellent communication skills, strong analytical

- Strong knowledge of quality control and food hygiene

- Fluent in English

- Computer skill: MS Office...
