- Responsible for the direct selling and soliciting of new business for Banyan Tree, Angsana Residences and other future residential developments.
- Ensure perfect product knowledge to be provided professionally and accurately to client.
- Appear well groomed, smart and presentable.
- Well perform the entire site inspection process from presenting sales models to show units following the site tour script.
- Respond to enquiries by telephone, email and face to face meetings. Ensure the urgency in responding to enquiry.
- Negotiate with client on the selling price, terms and conditions. Ensure approval is sought from Sales Manager and DOSM.
- Take care of the entire sales process from enquiry to signing of option forms to closing the sales deal. Ensure a strong follow-up in closing deals.
- Obtain clientele feedback and offer constructive suggestion for improvement.
- Maintain good relationship with current buyers/property owners.
- Searching for new enquiry sources to generate sales.
- Maintain and regularly update sales database.
- Ensure all sales offices in Banyan Tree, Angsana and Golf are all well manned and set up.
- Send sales report on time.
- Ensure that show units defects are regularly checked, well reported and rectified.
- Liaise with engineering for all technical problems in sales office and show units.
- Look after the on-site marketing such as placards, marketing flats, sales models, digital signage .
- Support and supervise Sales Coordinator in all show units related issues.
- To be alternative responsible for show units’ conditions in the absence of Sales Coordinator.
