Assist the management with tasks as and when required including
1. Devise marketing plans and implement strategies for round and travel agent sales.
2. In charge/work closely with agents (TO/TA/FIT/hotels) on creating business and related contracts.
3. To assist in the organization of all events or activities related to club promotion.
4. Oversee and meet sales targets as set by Sales Manager
5. Ensure smooth operations and standards of service are implemented and maintained throughout.
6. Systematically and efficiently call on Key Accounts (agents and cooperate company) within location and report findings and opportunities
7. Liaise with and solve customer complaints/enquiries as needed.
8. Deliver timely accurate reports as required by sales manager.
9. To meet and exceed sales target set in the monthly and yearly forecast followed by 2018 budget, maximize letting volume and LP Golf Package. Besides, take a part of Golf business together with sales team.
10. Expand OTAs networks by working closely with OTAs sale team to refresh the information, picture to attract more bookings
11. Create, control and monitor some social channels like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube under support of Marketing team
