Mô tả công việc
- To establish and monitor IT equipment and devices controls at the minimum operation costs.
- Maintenance and repair IT equipment and devices out of service.
- Support (inclusive personal computer, website, email, internet, wireless, IP Phone, POS, Micros, Opera system etc to work) smoothly through the Hotel.
- Oversee troubleshooting, system backups, archiving and disaster recovery and to provide expert to support when necessary
- Monitors performance to ensure adherence to all service standards, exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety levels to all IT networking include software, equipment and devices at all times
- Is able interact with internal guests on all levels to help resolve IT –related issues and provide answers in a timely manner.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Local candidates only
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge MCSA, CCNA, Opera, Micros.
- Good command of written and spoken English language
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
