Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for the set-up, management & operation of the Spa

- Conduct therapist training and set up the Spa Product and Operating Standards

- Encourage, motivate & lead therapists team & sales consultants to achieve outlet sales targets

- Design and implement the marketing strategic plans of the Spa

- Co-ordinate the maintenance of all Fitness facilities and equipment

- Supervise the delivery of all Fitness services

- Schedule fitness, sport and recreation activities

- Trace relevant statistic about innovative fitness, sport and recreation activities with a view to implement

- Handle all requests regarding fitness, sport and recreation activities

- Responsible for management & operation of Kids club

- Handle daily operation issue, to ensure good customer experience & service standard.

- Strengthen customer relationship and handling customer inquiry

- P&L responsibilities

- Co-ordinate the preparation of the departmental annual budget, including anticipated revenue and expenses

- Controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget

Yêu cầu công việc

- 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Knowledge about Fitness facilities and skills

- Therapist certificate and CPR / First Aid certification required

- Problem solving and organizational abilities

- Fluent English speaking & writing.

- Creative and active
