Mô tả công việc
• Respond promptly to telephone requests for reservations and process accordingly.
• Check room and rate availability and accept/reject booking accordingly based on availability.
• Complete and administer all reservation tasks as assigned and in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Assisting and advising customers who may be choosing from a variety of travel options.
• Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Selling and promoting reservation services.
• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations.
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
• To review accuracy of the next day reservations ensuring complete details for Front Desk and special requests, which require pre arrangements, are attended to.
• Maintain comprehensive allotment list, and provide monthly report of actual materialization.
• To inform the Reservation Supervisor of any problem areas that may occur in the Reservation Department.
• Have thorough knowledge of all guest rooms and suites, their location, rates and amenities; be familiar with all hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain close relationship with credit department with regards to credit status and take proper actions, when necessary.
• Fully aware of the cost budget; maintain pars for supplies; maintain effective inventory control and re-order when pertinent and ensure that they are strictly controlled.
• To ensure reservation team receive product knowledge training both of this hotel as well as other properties within the group.
• To ensure, by effective training and communication, the reservation team understand the principles of yield management and room inventory control.
• To update all document related with the materials for guest booking.
• To record all voucher or guarantee letter received and cross check with data, which in up dated on to the system.
• Follow up any pending voucher or guarantee letter and make sure these are received before the arrival of guest.
• Keep monitor of e-mail received and reply based on the booker made and ensure all the data given is accurate.
• Know and be familiar with the rate applied and be aware of any new package issue.
• Using the standardize wording at notes and comments an update from time to time any changes of notes and comments which should be initiated and inform related section accordingly.
• Reporting to Sales and Marketing Department whenever that room rate is not updated at system.
• Reporting Duty Manager/Front Office Manager for stranded passenger on last minute group booking.
• Assist Revenue Manager to develop and implement hotel Distribution marketing strategies across Websites and Online Travel Agents to increase revenue through system contribution
• Define hotel Distribution and Relationship Marketing initiatives based on market needs and cost of sales
• Complete other tasks and jobs which assigned by managers.
Other Responsibilities
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
• Be aware of the hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management

Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 02 year of experience in a similar capacity (prefer)
• Good English communication skill, excellent content writing skill in both English and Vietnamese
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
