Mô tả công việc

Main purpose of the job:

HR Recruiter Officer main responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks, set interviews following Talent Acquisition (T.A)/ HR Team Leader direction.

DAILY WORK

  • Source potential candidates from various channels (Hoteljob, Facebook, Zalo)
  • Screen CV, check Expectation & Reference, Preliminary interview with basic levels to determine whether they are qualified for the position and update the info to H.O.D’s and T.A
  • Set Interview Schedule (both Invitation and Reminder) based on the provided timeline by T.A & H.O.Ds
  • Follow up interview progress with H.O.D ( Remind Interview Schedule + Form Submission )
  •  Draft offer letter/ Interview result based on the interview evaluation of HODs and submit to T.A to check the content
  •   Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
  • Inform to Admin Team to prepare uniform/ set up for new staff

WEEKLY WORK

  • Support with design / Create recruiting poster to attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.and submit for T.A to check before posting

MONTHLY WORK

  • Prepare quotation requests for recruitment channels (HotelJobS, VNWork) if needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Proven working experience in recruiting and understanding of recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of candidates selection methods
  • Client focus along with relationship building skills
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
