Marketing Executive

• Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase hotel occupancy, drive direct bookings, and grow brand awareness, with a focus on the Food & Beverage sector
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to engage with potential guests and promote our brand across various social media channels, including TikTok
• Create short videos for TikTok that showcase our hotel's Food & Beverage offerings and promote our brand to a younger audience
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and lead generation
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive direct bookings
• Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve future campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with the hotel's overall branding and marketing strategies
• Generate creative ideas for design that effectively communicate our hotel's brand and Food & Beverage offerings

• Follow up Company Regulations.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
  
• Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, with a focus on Food & Beverage, is preferred
• Proficient in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
• Experience creating short videos for TikTok
• Strong design skills and ability to generate creative ideas
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
