Mô tả công việc

  • Training Coordination Support: Manage logistics (meeting rooms, equipment, materials) and coordinate both in-person and online training sessions.
  • Internal Communications: Create visual assets (posters, presentation slides), handle photography and video editing and write internal content to engage employees in courses and events.
  • Data Management: Maintain training records, update certifications and compile feedback survey results after each program.
  • Employee Engagement Support: Collaborate in implementing internal programs and events, including Orientation, staff parties, sports events and other team-building activities.

  • Monthly Allowance: 2,000,000-4,000,000 VND/month (Based on internship period).
  • Transportation Allowance: 2,000,000-3,000,000 VND (Applied for 3 months internship periods and above).

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources & Corporate Culture is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Design, photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
