Mô tả công việc

About the role

Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

What you will do

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by handling inquiries, special requests, complaints, and providing recommendations on hotel services and local attractions.
  • Support guests with travel arrangements, reservations, ticketing, directions, and information about local events and activities.
  • Process guest mail, packages, messages, and faxes accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate luggage handling, deliveries, and special requests in partnership with the Bell team.
  • Maintain up-to-date information and promotional materials for local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options.
  • Manage guest requests and billing details using hotel systems and software.
  • Provide basic technical support for in-room services, including internet, TV, and entertainment systems.
  • Assist with lobby operations, Business Center, and Bell services during peak periods as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Services, Front Office, or a customer-facing role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Experience handling guest requests, reservations, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional language(s) are highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
