Mô tả công việc
- Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure smooth guest service throughout the shift.
- Handle guest complaints, special requests, and service recovery in a professional and timely manner.
- Supervise and support Front Office team members to maintain five-star service standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, F&B, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor VIP arrivals, departures, room status, and guest preferences to ensure a seamless experience.
- Conduct shift briefings, prepare reports, and communicate important information to relevant departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a equivalent position at a 4–5 star hotel.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Guest-oriented with excellent complaint-handling and service recovery skills.
- Good knowledge of Front Office operations and hotel systems.
