1. Prepare, arrange and serve all food according to the standard set by the Executive Chef.

2. Prepare, cook and arrange of food as instructed.

3. Coordinate activities of commis cook and kitchen stewards to ensure an efficient and smooth food service.

4. Control cost by minimizing spoilage, waste and exercising portions control.

5. Handle machines, furniture, equipment and utensils the proper way and maintain their cleanliness.

6. Attend training classes, staff meetings and make suggestions for improvement.

7. Make use of standard recipes and presentations, set by the chef.

8. Follow established procedures and performs special duties as may be assigned by this supervisors.

- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1- 2 năm tại khách sạn hoặc nhà hàng tiêu chuẩn 4- 5 sao.

 - Có khả năng làm việc trong môi trường áp lực.
