1 • Overseeing all hotels activities and entertainment (in or outsourcing), kids club, water sports, sports events or private groups activities, supervise gym along with Spa.
2 • Develop and implement specific programs based on the needs of the residents or participants
3 • Perform assessments on residents or program participants to determine what specific activities are advisable or suitable for their needs. An assessment might involve a verbal interview and a written self-reported questionnaire.
4 • Responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the department.
5 • Hire and train staff, coordinate staff schedules, ensure that the program adheres to any relevant state or local requirements and recruit and train volunteers, if applicable to the program.
6 • Develop and post a calendar of activities to inform residents of the available recreational options.
7 • Consult with Staff: involved in patient, resident or participant care, consult with other professionals within the organization to provide comprehensive treatment or to ensure that all staff members are on the same page.
8 • Reviews program notes and goals and prepares reports.
9 • Be visible and accessible to the guest and follow through.
10 • Effective utilization of guest profiles and consistent delivery of guest preferences.
11 • Maintains strong relationship and goodwill with regular guests and local patrons.
12 • Deals with all membership enquiries, membership sales and renewals in line with prearranged targets and administers bookings and payments where necessary.
13 • Ensures all complaints are dealt with promptly and efficiently and in confidence, initiating corrective actions if required
14 • Empowers all team members to deal with customer complaint within their limits.
15 • Reports any guest complaints to the immediate manager and ensures that they are logged
16 • Ensures all customer feedback (guest questionnaires, verbal comments, emails, etc.) is used to inform changes in practice and provides staff training or corrective actions to ensure high standards are maintained
17 • Manages and controls preventative maintenance to all pool plants and coordinates the Engineer or outside contractors as required.
18 • Implements opportunities for managing operational costs and boosting the operating profit
19 • Observes environmentally friendly practices to reduce our consumption of gas and electricity, waste to landfill, etc.
20 • Organizes and promotes activities to meet customer demand
21 • Leads, directs and supervises the team in creating an outstanding experience for the customers so that customers are greeted in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
22 • Ensures guests receive a warm welcome to the premises
23 • Recognizes regular guests and anticipates their needs and requirements
24 • Assists guests, or visitors in offering and providing accurate information in a courteous manner
25 • Consistently develops, promotes and grows retail sales and services through training, tools and monitoring.
26 • Achieves financial objectives by monitoring weekly membership, day visitors and beauty treatment bookings, monthly and annual budget; analyzing variances, and maximizing results in sales, merchandising and operations.
27 • Maintains a strong menu of services with both exceptional artistic and aesthetic value.
28 • Ensures that all reasonable care is taken of the health and safety of guests within the Pool
29 • Delivers some fitness training or coaching in sports activities - often a good way of maintaining contact with customers
30 • Provides gym assessments and fitness programs for members and customers as required.
31 • Ensures that operating equipment is kept in good working order.
32 • Assists in developing strong communication channels among team members.
33 • Ensures integrity and confidentiality of information at all times.
34 • Supports and encourages empowerment among team members.
35 • Provides directions which is aligned with departmental and resort objectives.
36 • Conducts daily follow up to ensure standards of quality and service are in place.
37 • Takes appropriate actions to corrects any deficiency.
38 • Encourages employees to provide innovative ideas. Supports and follows through with implementation of new ideas.
39 • Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
40 • Logs incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements
41 • Checks that items supplied are to the quantity and the quality demanded and advises the management of any discrepancies.
42 • To be aware of all material and household supplies and expenditure and to encourage staff to avoid unnecessary waste.
43 • Manages maintenance, insurance, repairs and cleaning of all equipment
44 • Manages purchasing equipment and supplies and keeping stock records Prepare budget and monthly forecasting

Yêu cầu công việc
- College Degree or above
- Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken
English - Good level, written & spoken
- Knowledge of third language is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel, PowerPoint
- At least 4 years in international hotels in the same position.
