Mô tả công việc

Assist CSR Assistant Manager in organizing and carrying out CSR projects in Laguna Lang Co
Follow up and coordinate with related departments to inspire and ensure the participation of associates in CSR initiatives
Coordinate with related departments to prepare CSR guests’ activities
Prepare logistics to implement CSR projects on plan
Assist with financial procedure to ensure the implementation of CSR projects on plan
Ensure the records system for all CSR programs (photos, volunteers info, cost, impact of project. etc.)
Assist to prepare required CSR reports and documents
Ensure the well running of assigned either medium or long term implemented CSR projects and report promptly to CSR Assistant manager if any issues
Assist to work and maintain the relationship with local government or community
Prepare CSR related information for the website and other publications
