Gym Supervisor

1.Oversees and handles the everyday functions of the fitness centers. 

2.To greet guests on arrival at all times in a warm, welcoming & friendly manner being helpful at all times 

3.Enforces fitness center strategies and processes. 

4.Oversees customers to ensure that they are exercising effectively and safely leading group exercise classes like aerobics, circuit training or spinning designing personal exercise schedule. 

5.Demonstrates the correct way to use exercise equipment and free weights correctly  Educates and shows use of training equipment and weights. 

6.Ensures the gym is clean and free of health and safety hazards 

7.Instructs all gym users on safe and proper exercise form. 

8.Develops personal exercise and diet plans. 

9.Provides the information concerning weight control, nutrition, and lifestyle matters to gym users 

10.Performs the exercise program design service, personal training programs, which include fitness evaluation testing rooted in the components of exercise and fitness program design. 

11.Clarifies and enforces safety rules and regulations recreational activities, governing sports, and the use of exercise tools. 

12.Monitors clients and informs them of corrective measures required for skill development. 

13.Carries out fitness evaluations, consultations and introductions among new customers.

14.Educates clients in maintaining exertion levels in order to exploit benefits from work out routines. 

15.Implements educational workshops, body composition screenings for fitness attendant employees and fitness connected special events. 

16.Assesses individuals' requirements, abilities, and physical conditions, and provides appropriate training programs to meet any special necessities. 

17.Plans physical education programs to endorse progress of customers' physical attributes and social abilities. 

18.Manages emergency injuries, first aid treatment to minor disabilities and communicates with In-house doctor for all injuries happened in Fitness Centre  19.Records member information such as medical history, fitness assessment progress  Conducts recreational, therapeutic, or athletic activities. 

20.Coordinates with Supervisor/ Manager to arrange tournaments and competitions to create active environment 

21.Presents alternatives during classes to accommodate diverse levels of fitness.  Motivate the customers to keep going to make the changes their needs, and make them feel positive about themselves. 

22.Reports any guest complaints to the immediate Supervisor/ Manager and ensures that they are logged 

23.Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures 

24.Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly 

25.Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers 

26.Performs other duties assigned by the Superior/ Manager.

- College Degree or above

- Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken

English - Good level, written & spoken

- Knowledge of third language is an advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel, PowerPoint

- At least 4 years in international hotels in the same position.
