F&B Associate - Splash pool bar ( Casual Labour) - (Nhân viên phục vụ ẩm thực khu vực hồ bơi - Thời vụ)

Job Summary

Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)

1. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles, ensuring guest satisfaction.

2. Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.

3. Follow appropriate procedures for serving alcohol.

4. Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit (CO2 lines, soda tanks, soda guns, drain, etc.), tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines.

5. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.

6. Communicate with guests, other employees, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.

7. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.

8. Requisition all necessary supplies, specifically bottle-for-bottle liquor restock, transporting supplies from storeroom to bar set-up area as required.

9. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area.

10. Process all payment methods in accordance with Accounting procedures, policies and Work within all pre-set budgetary limits.

11. Check with captain or supervisor before leaving at end of shift.

12. Ability to handle POS and Cashier System.

13. Any offer tasks will be assigned by Superiors.

• Be of good health

• Graduates of local or overseas universities/colleges, majoring in hotel/tourism management

• Good English listening and speaking skills

• Hospitable, energetic, passionate team player and willing to work in shifts and under high pressure

• At least 6 months and above of restaurant service experience

• Experience in hotel restaurants 4, 5 stars is an advantage

• Food and beverage career oriented
