Mô tả công việc

• Analyse training needs

• Develop training plans

• Conduct training courses

• Evaluate training efficiency

• In charge of Internship (school relations, hiring students)

• Lead and Participate Employee Activities

• Other duties assigned by Talent and Culture Director

- 05 working days or 40 hours per week

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated in College / University and above specializing in Human Resources / Accounting / Hospitality / English or similar.- Good at Office computer.

- Good command in English and Training /presentation skills

- Love to work and interact with people .

- Ability to catch up the assigned tasks rapidly, fast, flexible, know how to deal with customers, Excellent in guest complaint handling.

- Hardworking, carefulness, enthusiastic, high responsibility, working under pressure.

- Working experience 1 or 2 years and above preferred (consider candidate from operation for career development in training)
