Yêu cầu công việc

• Oversees all on- and offline sales and marketing activities of the resort.

• Manages and motivate a sales and marketing team based in HCMC, Hanoi and Cam Ranh

• Develops, implements and manages the resorts Sales & Marketing business plan, ensures that the resort is well positioned across existing and emerging markets and segments and achieves budgets and forecasts.

• Is well connected with on- an offline business partners in Vietnam, North Asia and other key source markets for resort destinations in Vietnam.

• Is well connected with the online and print media and major business and social associations.

• Is approachable, communicative and has an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Has been in this role in an internationally recognized premium resort for at least three years
