Chuyên viên nhân sự - HR Executive (C&B)

- Responsible for employment contracts’ agenda (contracts, appendixes, salary proposals, job descriptions etc.)

- Manage the employee database, follow up and manage sick leave/ annual leave

- Manage & implement the statutory social insurance

- Check the timesheets/ the benefits/ allowances and do the payroll monthly

- Implement policy/ salary/ allowance/ title update accordingly.

- Implement contract renewal/ amendment/ termination.

- Maintaining past and current human resource records (filling-in and retrieving), including contracts, annexes, memos, and internal circulars; maintaining the leave management system;

- Preparing regular and ad-hoc HR related reports to local authorities.

- Coordinating various administrative, reporting and executive supporting activities connected to the office everyday operations, all in line with internal policies and legislative requirements;

- Assisting in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, as allocated;

- Manage resignation: payment finalization/ guidance on unemployment insurance & social insurance/ resignation procedure;

- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Insurance distribution: applied as per Labor Law

- Duty meal : complimentary meals at staff canteen provided

- Weekly day off: 2 day-off per week

- At least 2 years working in similar or higher position in 04-05 star Hotel/ Service Apartment chain

- HR/ Hospitality / Tourism / Business Administration Degree or Diploma preferred

- Good English

- Highly developed interpersonal skills and organizational skills

- Be results focused, co-ordination, strong C& B, Social Insurance, HR software.
