Duties may include but not limited to:
Well verse in company policies and regulatory requirements and ensure SOP are compliant to policies & requirements.
Ensure SOPs adhere to company’s policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Identify and initiate SOP updates when relevant policies or requirements change.
Conduct training to business units on SOP writing.
Visit business unit operations area to identify if there is discrepancy between documented SOPs and actual procedures.
Other related duties requested by supervisor.
Perform other related duties as required or directed.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is required; Post-graduate diploma in Tourism/Hospitality is preferred
Fluent in English language. (> IELTS Score 7 or > TOEFL Score 94)
Fluent in Vietnamese language will be a bonus.
Preferred 2-3 years of experience: Casino / Food & Beverage operations.
Experience with SOP writing.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO)
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
