Assist in planning and coordinating internal events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Design and develop communication materials, such as posters, videos, and digital content, to support HR events and programs.
Support in conducting hotel tours and orientation sessions for new employees.
Handle the sending, receiving, and filing of HR documents and records.
Assist in preparing training materials and updating learning resources.
Help track employee participation and feedback for training and engagement programs.
Provide administrative support for Learning & Development initiatives and other HR projects as required.
Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure smooth execution of employee related activities.

+ Allowance 1.500.000 VND/month

+ 02 meals/shift

+ Working time: 05 days/week, 02 days off/week

+ Monthly employee activities

Currently studying Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Creative mindset with basic design or video editing skills is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with design tools is an advantage.
Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player.
