Recreation Supervisor / Giám sát Thể thao & Giải trí

• To assist Lifestyle management in planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising the Fit Lounge & Lifestyle activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS

• Responsible for the activities of Fit Lounge & Lifestyle

• Having a positive attitude, self-disciplined and self-motivated, ability to control of all staff within the section.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and delegate duties to staff within the section.

• Be concerned with discipline and staff performance within the section.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in excellent working order at all times.

• To establish good public relation with all users of the facilities of the Fit Lounge.

• Organize and coordinate recreational activities

• To attend any training required, both technical and practical in operating the equipment and being able to get the maximum out of all equipment located.

• To introduce all activities and facilities of the Fit Lounge & Lifestyle activities.

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to handle guest requests in relation to the Fit Lounge & Lifestyle activities in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner at all times.

• To provide efficient and quality filled service to patrons of the Fit Lounge & Lifestyle, in order to maximize the revenue potential of the Fit Lounge & Lifestyle activities for Hotel.

• Proven experience as a lifeguard or in a similar water safety role, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity

• Excellent swimming abilities and physical fitness

• Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent certification

• Valid Lifeguard certification

• Water Safety Instructor certification preferred

• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations

• Knowledge of local water safety regulations and beach conditions in Phu Quoc, Vietnam

• Experience in similar capacity of 5* hotel

• Diploma in Hospitality Management

• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
