Engineering Coordinator

• Ensure the smoothly operation of Engineering  Department by organizing and controlling.

• Keep the effective communication internal and external of department.

Procedure

1. Setup and take care the office filing and cleanliness.

2. Follow on board the works and position of the staff on duty.

3. Receive and implement all the Work Order.

4. Receive and handling the phone call.

5. Transfer all internal and external commands or messages by two ways communication.

6. Directly take care of the department store by control the stocks, receiving and outgoing materials.

7. Control all tools and equipment of department.

8. Hold the monthly inventory of engineering store with accounting dept.

- Meal Allowance on duty ( 03 meals per day if stay at staffhouse )

• Graduated from Vocational/College/University with experience in Hospitality, Engineering or related

• 1-2 years experience in the same position is preferred

• Working English level and the national language.

• Organised, teamwork spirit

• Ability to interact professionally with customers, colleagues
