Assist in ensuring that the guest is welcomed and that his/her luggage and other immediate needs are cared for
Give possible support for carrying the guest's luggage to and from the assigned room, and for ensuring that the guest is property settled in a room, according to standards

Good command in English and Vietnamese
Excellent communication skills
Knowledgeable about personalised customers services
Able to develop and maintain productive customer relationships by actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs
Creative and well organized, able to work in shifts and under high pressure
Working experience at an international hotel in the same capacity
