Mô tả công việc

- To ensure that the local health and hygiene regulations are to be met.

- To ensure that the policies and procedures of Equatorial are to be met

- Cares for his equipment and checks it for damages and losses

- Well groomed, clean uniform, personal hygiene, etc.

- To be familiar with the menu and to know the ingredients, methods of cooking and the times it takes to prepare each item on the menu. To be critical if the items are not properly prepared or not hot or cold as the case may be.
