E-Commerce cum Revenue Officer/ Supervisor

OTA session

- Take care all OTA including rate upload, communication with customer through OTA.

- Motorize the rate and inventory

- Customer strategies plan develop

- Find and evaluate new online opportunity, new OTA, new business models online.

- Building up on hotel content on OTA and well maintain

- Monitor competitor activities

Marketing session

- Support and coordinating with Mar-Com Manager/ Assistant Mar-Com Manager

- Management of SEO/SEM related matters

- Ensuring among others an appropriate design, programming, debugging and testing of the organization's online-based activities

- Supervision of online PR and contact maintenance to bloggers

- Participation in the development of online marketing campaigns

- Analysis of the e-commerce related performance

- Monitoring and evaluation of users' behavior to derive suggestions for improvements

- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives

- Suggest and coordinate timelines with all parties involved; after approval communicate timelines to all parties involved and plan and coordinate the projects with the goal to meet the timelines and ensure maximum quality

- Plan and coordinate production resources between business needs and the creative services team, technology, and front and back end development

Revenue session

- Pricing analysis of Danang market

- Monitor competitor rates

- Control the ADR

- OTA’s report analysis

Understand how to working with Channel Manager and Booking Engine.

Push up to develop direct booking on the hotel website.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree required

- Practical experience in a similar position is a plus

Required skills

- Fluent English

- Strong media, presentation and computer skills

- Customer oriented

- Well-developed understanding of data analysis as well as website metrics

- Good data interpretation and organizational skills

Experiences

- Minimum 2 years in a similar position in 4 or 5 star hotel.
