Duties may include but not limited to:
Supervising casino security and operational deployments and ensure that they are done effectively at all times.
Ensuring that all Security, fire safety and medical emergency incidents are attended to according to the approved procedures.
Patrolling.
Ensuring and maintaining the customer service standards.
Swift respond to incident and deal with any untoward incident and/or emergency/crisis situation according to the approved procedures.
Managing the Casino entrances in accordance to requirements regulated by the Government Authority.
Putting up of incident report.
Performing VIP escort.
Performing Chip/sensitive gaming equipment/cash escorts according to established processes and procedures.
Performing dropbox/stacker collection.
Performing any other duties as assigned/directed by the Vice President/Director of Security Operations.

Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Law enforcement agency/Security industry with 3 years in the Casino related environment.
Understand the casino operations and able to lead a team of Security officers to ensure the smooth flow of casino security operations.
Able to perform shift duties.
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with operating Security equipment and system.
Able to speak and write English. Mandarin or dialect (Cantonese, Korean, etc.) speaking is an advantage.
