Mô tả công việc

Supervise project in coordinating and maintaining facilities in the area
Ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment and facilities on the project area by diligently following the preventive maintenance program of the facility.
Ensures he fully understands and follows the instruction of designated staff in operating and controlling plant and equipment.
Ensure safety environment on the project
Perform assigned monitoring and repair works on time to ensure guest satisfaction and convenience.
Show flexibility in terms of one’s schedule to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel as directed by the manager or immediate supervisor.
Be a team player, support fellow employees when possible.
Identify possible scams and take the necessary corrective action.
Observes and assists slot technicians during the performance of their duties to ensure a high level of competency and performance.
Perform additional assignments and duties not covered to ensure the continuation of operations.
Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest request to immediate superior or to assigned position responsible immediately.
Respond promptly, positively and diplomatically to customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

Preferably 1-2 years of work experience from a 5-star hotel or in casino gaming area or in a similar capacity.
Ability to use and calibrate various electronics test equipment and PC for the maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Services system.
Ability to write simple technical reports, routine business correspondence, prepare method statements and drawings as required.
Possess good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
