• Communicate with related department for booking benefits and procedure
2, Manage Channel Manager / Connectivity
• Load rate, availability
• Mapping to OTA extranet
3, Manage OTAs extranet
• Load rate, availability, content, photo
• Load promotion
• Mapping to Channel Manager
4, Work with B2B channels
• Send contract
• Send promotion
• Solve booking problem
• Maintain relationship with market manager
5, Work with OTA partners
• Set up new OTAs if needed
• Maintain relationship with market managers
• Solve rate disparity
6, Availability handle
• Handle close/open allotment for all markets
• Top up allotment if any
• Load availability for OTAs and B2B
7, Rate adjustment
• Adjust rate on OTAs, Website and Chanel Manager
• Rate suggestion to Revenue Director
8, Reports
• Production report
• Shopping rate report
• Report as requested from managers
9, Deals
• Search deal opportunities
• Set up sales deals
• Follow up payment and booking procedures
10, Others
• Any reasonable job assignments from Sales Directors/Revenue Director
• Conduct site inspection if request from managers
