Mô tả công việc

- Manage all aspects of one or more full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis and coordinate special events. - Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.

- Ensure the maximization of sales of hotel’s products and will see to it that bar lounge function are carried out punctually in order to fulfill both guests’ expectations and departmental objectives in term of profitability.

- Performs duties common to all supervisor and other duties as may be assigned.

- Have a thorough understanding of point of sale and hotel related computer systems (micros, credit card,opera)

Yêu cầu công việc

- 4 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field

- Good command both in English and Vietnamese.

- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

- Leadership Skills
