Maintenance Manager/Technical Manager for Hon Thom Waterpark_ New Set up Project

• Setup maintenance plan for waterslides, pools and facilities

• Sets the department hierarchy

• Interviews and hires needed engineers and staff

• Setup spare part warehouse

• Create a list of needed tools

• Search and make agreements with suppliers

• Writes sop’s and maintenance guidelines

• Writes daily, weekly, monthly and yearly checklist

• Setup the purchasing procedure with accounting department

• Reviews designs and work with project team to ensure easy maintenance and long-term use of equipment and parts

• Studies and follows manufacturer manuals and documentation

• Setup a proper document archive (digital and paper)

• Works closely with operational department to setup the daily operation

• Setup the chemical waste storage, recording and MSMD

• Follows installation process and its quality

• Ensures a proper handover of equipment and facilities from project team

• Provides training for engineers

• Sets the department goals and strategies

• Follows the involved standards and Vietnam regulations (en 15288, en 1069…) regarding waterslides and pools

• Works with TUV to perform yearly safety inspection on waterslides and pools

• Follows orders from Board of Directors

• Ensures safe operation and work environment

• Follows company regulations and procedures

• Reviews and creates ideas to improve work efficiency

• Reports and works closely with Sunworld Holding Maintenance Director

• Tracking, recording and following daily maintenance tasks and inspections

• Creates a long-term maintenance plan

• Manage high voltage- and fire-fighting systems according Vietnam law

• Analysis failures and improve downtime

• Sets and manage department budget

• University level Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 2-3 year experience as a Manager

• Good in English communication skill

• Good leadership, management and training skills

• Able to make a plan for department strategies and efficiency

• Self-managing

• Good skills in Microsoft Office and CAD

• Experience with standards (ASTM, EN, ISO)

• Decision making

• Functions as an example role for the department

• Stays updated on new technologies

• Maintains relationships with manufacturers and suppliers

• Understands manufacturer manuals and drawings
