Restaurant Manager (Expat only)

Manages daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.

Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the quality performance in areas of responsibility.

Show expert knowledge in food and beverage with an accent on wine, on which he trains the team and advice customers with a pro-active sale approach.

The Restaurant Manager seeks permanently business opportunity and has a large role in the PR activities of the venue. He strives permanently towards maximizing sales and coach the team in this direction.

- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role

- Proven customer service experience as a manager

- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

- Familiarity with restaurant management software POS.

- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

- Acute financial management skills

- Excellent communication skills in English; French speaking is an advantage.

- BSc degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
