- Supervise daily F&B operations and assist with menu planning.
- Maintain sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
- Strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
- Direct and motivate team while personally assisting in providing high quality service based on requirements and standards.
- Monitor and control financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection.
- Identify training opportunities and plans a strategy to accomplish goals.
- Work closely to F&B outlet managers/supervisors and team to well arrange the relevant events and adapt customer’s needs and satisfaction.
- Give further support to all F&B outlets to ensure those operate successfully in accordance with the standards of hotel.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Fluent English in both written and spoken.
• Knowledgeable about principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Able to develop and sustain productive customer relationships by actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs.
• Able to develop and execute business strategies to achieve F&B revenue goals as well guest satisfaction.
• Creative, well organized, willing to work in shifts and under high pressures.
• Good computer skills.
• Good management skills.
• University certification in Hospitality Management major or related certifications such as: Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration.
• Certifications as required to comply with local law.
• Experience at least 5 years in the food and beverage, culinary or related professional area.
• Experience in the international hotel in the same position should be priority.
