The Role:

To supervise the assigned station / section, produce a consistent, high quality product, ensure a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service consistent with Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Standards Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

 Experience in preparing Western Pastry, Asian Pastry and Fine Dining Pastry.

 Knowledge of best practices for training kitchen staff and implementing kitchen procedures.

 High level of creativity and reliability.

 Familiarity with menu costing procedures.

 Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Food Safety Regulations of HACCP.

 Good knowledge of computer system Windows and Microsoft Office.
