I. SUMMARY

- To assist Revenue Manager in all Revenue Management tasks in the hotel, and also to optimize the useful resources to implement Revenue Management strategies;

- To develop and implement pricing strategy for different demand periods;

- To manage sales initiatives referring to hotel’s Revenue Management at the hotel;

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Main Responsibilities

- To prepare the hotel´s budget for the incomes area, working together with the Sales department;

- To plan together with the General Manager & Sales Management team the pricing positioning strategy for the hotel;

- To ensure the hotel´s PMS Rate Codes and market segments are well-defined. Ensure the correct performance of standards & parameters;

- To lead & manage the weekly Business Review meeting in absence of Revenue Manager

- Preparation and maintenance: demand calendar, pick up studies, reservation curves, historic data;

- Market studies: Competitor Intelligence, market tendencies/ segmentation studies, denials studies, group prices and acceptance levels, loyalty programs penetration;

- To prepare and program the forecasts by market segment monthly and to three months ahead;

- To guarantee the maintenance of the extranets;

- To supervise the efficient feeding of the extranets linked to the hotel;

Yêu cầu công việc

Education and/or Experience:

- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management

- At least 1 year experience in Revenue department with clear track record.

Skills

- Outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience

- Good English skills in both verbal and written communication

- Good presentation skill as a brand Ambassador to customers, employees and clients
