Revenue Manager

- Lead the budget process for the top line room revenue numbers and develop future pricing and contracting strategies.

- Maximize overall hotel revenues and drive market share for hotel, through development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts, current trends and historical data.

- Produce accurate day by day forecast on weekly and monthly basis according to Marriott guidelines.

- Lead the property's weekly strategy meeting and participate in the sales business review meeting. Clearly communicate strategic vision and objectives to hotel team on how to drive revenues and improve performance. Continually update hotel team on the current selling strategies and forecasted performance.

- Responsible for effective implementation and compliance with all Marriott revenue management and general Standards, Policies & Procedures including but not limited to Rate Plans, Rate Categories, Market Segment set up, Yieldablity and inventory classification.

- Effectively utilise the all of RM tools, including ISAC/ROS, GO and Valhalla to execute selling strategies. Lead implementation and utilization plans of future RM tools. - Understand the competitors pricing strategies and the impact of these strategies on the property performance.

Key requirements:

Education:

- Degree in Financial Management, Hotel Management or Sales and Marketing Studies

Working experience and Skills & Abilities (including language ability):

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English Language

- Must have analytical and Numerate skills.

- Good negotiation skills. - Must have excellent leadership capability and customer relation skills.

- Minimum of two years in management or supervisory position responsible for the on-going operation of Reservation/Systems, OTA Web sites and connectivity to all systems.

- Previous hospitality experience, knowledge of central reservations systems, networking, additional Sales certifications. - Understanding of the hospitality business and the interrelationship with OTA Digital systems application of Information Technology; familiarity with hospitality technology applications a must.
