Mô tả công việc

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic candidate for Rooms Division Manager position for following tasks:

- Responsible for overseeing both the Front Office and Housekeeping Operations of the hotel.

- Welcomes, meets and make guests feel important when they arrive at the hotel.

- Handles guest queries and complaints politely and professionally.

- Ensures smooth processes and high compliance in terms of guest relation, housekeeping and reservation standards.

- Manages staff and staffing functions for the teams of staff that fall under this role.

- Strategizes on room pricing policies to increase or maximize sales or revenues.

- Analyses shortfalls in forecasts and financial reports and endeavours to correct them.

- Motivates and leads teams, supervisors and managers reporting into this role.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Experience in a similar position in an upscale luxury 5 star hotel environment

- Minimum requirement of a Degree / Diploma Holder or an undergraduate degree from in Sales / Hospitality.

- Excellent verbal and written in English.

- Team-player with enthusiasm to share knowledge with the colleagues.

- Customer service oriented.

- Self-motivated and results oriented.

- Excellent presentation skills and time management skills.

- Expat or local contract for this position.
