1. Complete the procedures when guests arrive and leavey;

2. Deal with bookings by phone, email, letter, fax or face-to-face;

3. Daily room check with Housekeeping Department to make sure the room is in the best condition before guest arrives.

4. Tell guests about hotel facilities and services;

5. Allocate rooms and give the keys to guests.

6. Take and pass on messages product to guests or other department;

7. Deal with special request or Provide information about the surrounding area if guests need;

8. Deal with complaints or problems;

9. Prepare bills and take payments;

10. Ensure records are kept properly so that they can be easily retrieved for review when needed by relevant personnel;

11. Responsible for checking the state of stationery and equipment in the reception area and if found to be malfunctioning, the maintenance personnel should be informed to fix it;

12. Review working area such as lobby, counter, back office and storage, keep them clean and tidy;

13. Another assigned tasks by Front Office Manager;

14. Join in meeting department;
