- Operate office equipment such Opera, Tidio Chat, word, excel, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications.

- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries where possible, work with the team for proper handling.

- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.

- Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine emails for booking Spa, Dinner, Photographers, special requests.

- Deal with Resort staff for ensuring current documents, information is up to date and accurate.

- Book flights for guests with appointed travel agency, ensuring high-quality information and assurance of company standards to meet guest expectations and protect resort revenue.

- Deal with wholesale and travel agent’s contracting and quotations from time to time, from overseas and local market.

- Analyze, prepare reports on reservations and sales data such as room types, revenue, ADR, patterns, top accounts.

- Prepare handover documents for Reservations, including FO filing, VIPs, Month-end reports.

- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.

- Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.

- Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed.

- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.

- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material for reservations and internal processing.
