+ Responsibilities

- Working closely with the Owner in order to set company standards and policies. To Supervise the implementation about the work of all concerned departments

- Ensure excellence in service standards and training methods are achieved and maintained.

- To ensure that the company’s policy in relation to rules and labor regulation is completely understood and followed by all employees

- Maintain and enforce correct operational standards concerning health, safety, and prevention and control of fire.

- Responsible for total hygiene and aesthetic cleanliness of all areas within the hotels and repairs and maintenance are regularly upheld

- To respond and implement to any change in the hotels operations as required by the directors

- Analyze monthly asset, goods and stock-take results with The Chief Accountant, Food and Beverage Manager, Executive Chef and other Department Heads and report to the Owner.

- Ensure good customer relations at all times.

- To formulate with all heads of hotels, Sales & Marketing & Functions a strong marketing/business strategy for the hotels in its entirety, including all of the hotels facilities

- Ensure all statistics of the hotels are gathered, collated, monitored and reviewed regularly

- To ensure the accurate set - up and maintain all personnel systems and records

- Budget Control/Responsibility: Responsible for controlling of all confidential and financial related information of the hotels

- Security/Confidentiality: Handle highly confidential financial, employee, corporate data, legal and tax information on a daily basis.

- Make and maintain the training plan for all heads of department and staff on the orientation of the work, as well as the professional skills

- To undertake any other duties directed by the Director/ the Owner

- At least 3 years of experience in management positions for hotels of 20 rooms or more

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

- Excellent communication in English, preferably candidates have background from Sales and Marketing area.
