The ideal Head of HR should improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and management, manage job satisfaction, attract the best recruits and promote the organization’s values.

Ultimately, the Head of HR would ensure our HR team operates efficiently and align with our business objectives.

Our Head of HR is required to:

- Developing and implementing HR policies

- Supporting strategic objectives

- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements

- Management staff wellness and performance reviews

- Motivating and supporting current staff

- Maintaining staff records

- Handling employee benefits

- Identifying staffing needs and creating job description

- Designing and directing training programs

- Competitive salary, bonus, and benefits
