Mô tả công việc
- Luggage & Operations: Receive, deliver, and store guest luggage accurately and promptly between guest rooms, vehicles, and the airport.
- Guest Welcoming & Assistance: Greet guests at the main entrance, assist with opening/closing car doors, deliver mail or messages, and answer inquiries regarding hotel facilities.
- Lobby & Entrance Maintenance: Assist in managing driveway traffic and keep the entrance and baggage room clean and organized.
- Personalized Service: Endeavor to remember guest names—especially repeat and long-staying guests—and greet them regularly.
- Logging & Safety: Record all tasks in duty logbooks and promptly alert Security or the Duty Manager regarding any suspicious persons or items.
